BitQuila ("we", "our", "the app") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: email address and display name you provide when signing up.
Wallet information: DOGE deposit and withdrawal addresses you enter.
Usage data: mining sessions, earnings, transactions, referrals, and app activity.
Device information: device model, OS version, and app version for troubleshooting and security.
Purchase information: subscription purchases are processed securely by Google Play Billing. We do not see or store your payment card details.
Advertising information: when you watch a rewarded ad, our advertising partner (Google AdMob) may collect your advertising ID, device model, OS version, and approximate location to serve, measure, and prevent fraud in ads, under Google's own privacy policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

To operate your mining account, track sessions, and credit earnings.
To show rewarded ads to free-plan users and to count completed ad views for mining sessions.
To send account confirmation emails when you sign up.
To process withdrawals to your wallet address.
To verify subscription purchases and manage your plan.
To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
To detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

3. Cloud Mining

All mining is performed on BitQuila's remote servers. The app does not mine cryptocurrency on your device — it does not access extra computing resources, drain your battery, or affect device performance beyond normal app usage.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only as needed to operate the service:

Supabase (backend): securely stores your account and mining data.
Google Play: processes subscription payments under Google's own privacy policy.
Google AdMob: serves rewarded ads in the app and may collect advertising identifiers and device information under Google's privacy policy.
Legal requirements: if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, secure authentication, access controls) to protect your data. No method is 100% secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.

6. Your Rights

Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Delete your account and personal data directly via Settings > Delete Account in the app, or contact us below.

7. Children's Privacy

BitQuila is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.

9. Advertising (Rewarded Ads)

Free-plan users start each mining session by watching a complete rewarded advertisement. Each fully watched ad starts up to 1 hour of mining, up to a maximum of 12 rewarded ads per user per day (UTC day). If an ad is skipped, closed early, or fails to load, no mining session starts. Paid plans (Starter, Gold, Pro) include no ads.

Ads are served by Google AdMob. You can reset your device advertising ID in your device settings at any time. For details on how Google handles advertising data, see Google's Privacy Policy.
