By downloading, installing, or using BitQuila ("the app"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The Service

BitQuila is a cloud-mining application for Dogecoin (DOGE).

2. Mining Rewards Are Variable — Not Guaranteed

3. Plans & Subscriptions

• Free plan: 7 days of mining. Each mining session (up to 1 hour) starts after watching a complete rewarded ad — see Section 4. When the free period ends, mining stops until you activate a paid plan.
• Starter: $70 / 3 months · Gold: $120 / 6 months · Pro: $210 / 12 months.
• Paid plans include no ads and no hourly restarts — mining runs continuously for the full plan period.
• All paid plans are subscriptions purchased through Google Play Billing. Payment is charged to your Google Play account.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the Google Play Store app (Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Cancellation stops future charges; the current paid period continues until its end date.
• Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.
• When a plan expires without renewal, mining stops until a new plan is activated.

4. Rewarded Ads

• Free-plan users start each mining session by watching a complete rewarded advertisement. Each fully watched ad starts up to 1 hour of mining, up to a maximum of 12 rewarded ads per user per day (UTC day).
• If an ad is skipped, closed early, or fails to load, no mining session starts and no reward is given.
• Ads are served by third-party advertising partners (Google AdMob). We do not control the content of ads.
• Watching an ad does not guarantee any earnings — mining rewards remain variable and are not guaranteed (see Section 2).
• Any attempt to fake ad views, automate ads, or abuse the rewarded-ads system will lead to forfeiture of rewards and possible account suspension.

5. Withdrawals

• You may withdraw your available DOGE balance to a wallet address you provide.
• Withdrawals are processed to the address you enter — always double-check it. We are not responsible for withdrawals sent to an incorrect address you provided.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and network fees may apply and are shown in the app before you confirm.
• Withdrawals may take time to process and require backend confirmation.

6. Daily Booster

The Daily Booster is a free promotional daily reward feature. Rewards are promotional credits, may change or be discontinued at any time, and are only counted after backend confirmation.

7. Referrals

You may invite others with your referral code. Referral commissions, ranks, and thresholds are shown in the app and may be adjusted from time to time. Self-referrals, fake accounts, or abuse of the referral system will lead to forfeiture of referral rewards and possible account suspension.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts to abuse free plans, boosters, or referrals.
• Attempt to manipulate earnings, exploit bugs, or interfere with the service.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of balances obtained through abuse.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use BitQuila. Cryptocurrency regulations vary by country — it is your responsibility to ensure using this app is lawful in your jurisdiction.

10. No Financial Advice

BitQuila provides a mining service, not investment, financial, or trading advice. Cryptocurrency values are volatile. Never spend money you cannot afford to lose.

11. Service Availability

We strive for continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, network issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary interruptions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BitQuila is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the app.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
